After an excessive difficult season start, Kevin Abbring, co-drived by Pieter Tsjoen, has finally achieved to impose the Peugeot 208 T16 R5 in the Belgian national competition. The Dutchman dominated fully the Rallye de Wallonie, and even if Vincent Verschueren Skoda Fabia R5) signed the last two scratches, Abbring and Tsjoen have effortless won the general classification. They finished the Namur proff with 46"4 benefit on Ghislain de Mevius (Skoda Fabia R5), while the fight to the finish for the most little place on the podium turned at the benefit of Verschueren, who passed Guillaume Dilley (Hyundai i20 R5) on the lead, 0"5 separated the two drivers at the end of the 25 stages!

The fourth proof in the Junior Belgian Rally Championship was challenged during the Rallye de Wallonie at Jambes on 25 natural and selective stages. Further, on this sophisticated track, some young drivers (outside JBRC) take mistake. In the second stage of Saturday morning, Achiel Boxoen was surprised with his Opel Adam R2. In the previous stage, it was Grégoire Munster that going off road. Guillaume de Mevius didn't this mistake: the RACB National Team driver imposed him on a likely manner, even if Romain Delhez gives him stitching thread.
During the full day Saturday, Guillaume de Mevius had Romain Delhez on the heels. Before the final loop, they were separated with less than a half minut. The Opel Adam R2 driver lose contact Saturday evening. With used tires, he goes on mistake, finishing the day at a little trot.
The victory in Junior BRC cost at Guillaume de Mevius, autor of a perfect race in the region of his childhood.
