The LMGTE Pro battle saw Ford Chip Ganassi Team UK and Porsche GT Team dominate Friday's qualifying before entertaining the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps with a close duel on race day, despite a spectacular early crash involving Harry Tincknell's Ford GT at Le Raidillon (thankfully, the British driver walked away unhurt). Victory ended up in the hands of the Ford GT #66 of Mücke / Pla / Johnson which finished 13"931 clear of the #92 Porsche 911 RSR of Christensen / Estre. The #71 Ferrari 488 GTE of Rigon / Bird clinched third spot after Davide Rigon found a way past the #91 Porsche 911 RSR of Lietz / Bruni through one of the final turns of the 6 hours race.
Finally, in GTE Am, Aston Martin victory with the Vantage #98 of Lamy / Lauda / Dalla Lana in extreme accuracy in face of the similar car aligned by TF Sport for Yoluc / Hankey / Eastwood. It's the Clearwwater Racing Ferrari #61 of Mok / Sawa / Griffin that completed the podium.
